Adam Honor is a security and resilience executive with 25+ years leading corporate security functions across aviation, industrial and consumer manufacturing sectors. He built Dyson's global security and resilience function from inception and served as Director of Security and Resilience at Etihad Airways, and as Global Director Security, EHS & Resilience at Invensys. He now acts as fractional CSO on a retained basis for several blue-chip clients, working in concert with Rose Partners and his own company, Big Three Consulting. Adam leads on developing strategy and executable planning for end-to-end resilience programmes, including but not limited to crisis management, executive protection, information and cyber security, hostile-environment travel and profit protection. A Sandhurst-trained former Army officer, Adam brings a practitioner's perspective on managing traveller risk across industrial operations and high-threat environments.

Bryn has held regional and global security and crisis management positions across several FTSE 100 multinationals, spanning industries from energy to FMCGs and retail. He is a trusted advisor to organisational leaders in matters relating to international security, including geopolitical risk, crisis and incident management, business continuity, travel and risk mitigation. He is currently the Global Head of Security for Inchcape, a leading independent automotive distributor operating across over 40 countries worldwide on behalf of over 60 brand partners.

Andrew MacKinnon is an accomplished security professional with a military background and more than 25 years of experience across the commercial sector, spanning both private and corporate security. He has worked extensively in high threat environments in the Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa, providing security leadership and risk management expertise across industry sectors including oil and gas, tobacco, and aerospace. Currently Head of Security for GKN Aerospace, Andrew is passionate about protecting people, assets, and operations with a key focus on ensuring the safety and security of business travellers worldwide through robust risk management, strategic planning, and proactive security programmes.

Mehrunnisa Hayat Noon is a Security, Intelligence, and Crisis Management professional with more than a decade of experience leading global command center operations for a major financial institution. Her expertise includes travel risk management, threat intelligence, crisis response, and global security operations. She supports decision-making during complex and rapidly evolving incidents by providing intelligence-led assessments of geopolitical, security, and operational risks. Known for her strategic approach and ability to manage multiple concurrent global threats, Mehrunnisa helps safeguard personnel, assets, and business continuity while enabling organizations to operate confidently in an increasingly challenging risk environment.

Simon Donnelly is Head of Health and Safety at KPMG UK, with responsibility for workplace health and safety, travel risk management, security, and resilience programmes across the firm. He works closely with UK and global stakeholders to develop practical, risk-based approaches that support the safety and wellbeing of employees both in the workplace and while travelling internationally. With extensive experience spanning health and safety leadership, security, crisis management and operational resilience, Simon brings a pragmatic perspective on managing travel risk within a global professional services environment

Matt Childs leads on the Deloitte UK and Switzerland Travel Risk Management Programme. With expertise spanning travel risk, corporate security, crisis management, resilience and risk governance, he advises senior leaders on relevant complex global security and operational challenges. Matt previously delivered client facing resilience and security advisory engagements for major international clients.

Helen has a passion for travel and a thirst for adventure. She has spent much of her professional life in the corporate world working across a wide range of industries and public sector organisations as a Communication Expert for McKinsey & Company. She has also worked as a journalist, exhibition manager and tutor to Japanese diplomats. Helen has travelled globally for her work and has lived and worked in the UK, Japan, Italy and South Africa. Her careers have presented her with many weird and wonderful experiences – geographic, cultural, situational – and she has learned much about how to prepare for and navigate these. She loves good conversation, good food, single malt whisky, roaring log fires and overland trips through the African bush. Preferably in tandem.

Nathanael has over thirty years of related professional experience ranging from military operations, humanitarian programmes to commercial security risk management with a particular emphasis on global insurgency and crisis management.

Simon Richards is Associate Director of Global Security for Open Society Foundations. After a policing career, he moved into corporate security, holding leadership positions with international organisations in the technology and financial media sectors. Simon champions a collaborative approach to security, viewing security teams as strategic partners that help enable organisational success. He also leads the organisation's Travel Risk Management programme, supporting personnel operating in complex, high-risk environments worldwide. Having personally travelled to more than 80 countries, many with elevated security risks and limited infrastructure, Simon combines professional expertise with extensive real-world experience of travel in challenging locations.

Richard Savage is Head of Global Security at the Mines Advisory Group (MAG), where he leads the organisation’s approach to security risk management across a diverse portfolio of humanitarian operations worldwide. He has extensive experience supporting teams operating in complex, fragile and conflict-affected environments, with a particular focus on proportionate, enabling security management. Richard previously served in the British Army and holds an MSc in Security, Conflict and International Development. His work centres on helping organisations manage travel and operational risk effectively while enabling staff to work safely in challenging environments.

Sam is the Regional Security Lead for Solventum, a Healthcare Technology and Medical Solutions provider. Previously, she worked at Google and Netflix in leadership roles within their corporate security departments. She also served in a leadership capacity as a Regional Security Operations Manager for a global risk consultancy firm. Sam has a BA in French & Hispanic Studies from the University of Nottingham and an MA in International Relations from Queen Mary, University of London. She has a keen interest in Africa and the Middle East, loves travelling and has visited over 60 countries; often as a solo traveller

Paul McMahon is Country Security Manager for SAP in Ireland and has spent more than 30 years supporting people and organisations through moments that matter — crisis, pressure, uncertainty and change. His experience spans physical security, travel risk, duty of care and crisis management across the globe.Prior to joining SAP, Paul worked as an EMEA Regional Security Manager based in the Middle East for six years. Before that he had spent nine years with Control Risks and International SOS, supporting global travel security and crisis response programmes. As the nature of organisational risk has evolved, so too has Paul’s work and thinking. He is particularly interested in the human dimension of risk — how resilience, wellbeing, individual circumstances and adaptive capacity influence the way people experience and respond to challenging situations. Increasingly, his focus is on how organisations can move beyond simply protecting travellers towards better equipping people to recognise, manage and adapt to risk themselves.

Elizabeth is the Regional Security and Resilience Lead for EMEA at KKR, a global investment firm. Previously, she was Head of Strategy for Global Security Operations at Amazon. She read Political Geography at Cardiff University and was a member of the UK team that contributed to the development of ISO 31030, the international standard for travel risk management. A keen independent traveller, Elizabeth has travelled extensively across Africa and Latin America, but now spends much of her free time hiking the hills of the South West and Wales—usually in the rain
